| "I
went to Brazel's (Centralia, WA) to get an UP upgrade, dyno
test, new plugs and Taylor wires. Mike Bronzini took care of
me along with the other great technicians at the shop. The service
was the most professional I have ever received at a repair shop.
I
decided to get a 4 wheel alignment and caster change. When
they went under the rig they noticed that my Safe-T-Plus steering
unit was the incorrect one for my rig. (I had it installed
at last year's Newmar Intl rally.) Apparently I was billed
correctly but the unit installed was wrong. Mike placed a
call to Safe-t-Plus and did not get the reply he wanted so
he decided to replace my unit with the correct one out of
his stock and hash out the details with Safe-T-Plus later.
His prime consideration was our safety in case of a front
blowout.
We
also decided to get the Allison gradebrake installed and after
checking the condition of my brake fluid, he suggested I flush
it also. Additionally we got the rig weighed on all four corners
and the tire pressure reset.
During
our stay there Mike, Chris, and the mechanics were always
available to answer questions and explain what and why they
were doing things. We stayed the night at their RV park. It
was great also!
All-in-all
we are extremely pleased with Mike and the team there and
will go out of our way to use them when we do future upgrades
- you all know that is a certainty - new headers, transynd
in tranny, CAI, etc.

"Please
accept a special thank you from Rick & Gina for providing
outstanding customer satisfaction supporting the recent work
on our motor home and toad. We are very pleased with the outcomes
and work done on the coach and to our VW Beetle tag. I also
would like to extend a special message of appreciation to
Jon who observed our coach on the side of I-90 last Friday
and took the time to bounce back to check to see we were OK.
That is like super customer service like no other;
thanks Jon!!
Great
job gents,

"I
just wanted to drop a note to THANK everyone in your shop
for our recent service call with a difficult Auto Park/electrical
issue. From drop off, the time spent working on our RV to
finally finding a solution, everyone went out of their way
to keep us informed and to seek a final solution.
We
were asked to bring the car back down to check electrical
connections. We arrived late at night and were immediately
met and asked if we needed anything and to be sure we were
feeling safe. Kathy, you were always cheerful and helpful
whenever we needed a question answered. Alan is the BEST!!
He listened to our issues description and set off to do his
detective work. He dealt with Workhorse repeatedly, and he
found a solution that was "out of the box." This
finally addressed that phantom cause we had been encountering
including a recent parking brake failure to operate and at
least four previous service calls elsewhere on this same issue!
I
have been added to the many that sing the praises of your
business. I am so glad you advertise with RVing Women because
that is how we originally found you. Thank you all for your
professionalism and expertise and most of all for a resolution
of our issue."

"By
far the best dealership I've experienced. They fixed the problem
of burning spark plug wires PERMANENTLY! I had been into 5
dealerships for the same problem previously. We live in our
motor home full time, and I will schedule annual maintainence
at this dealership."

"I
have had service performed by Brazel's a couple of times in
the past and have neglected to report the superior service
I received. I have nothing but the utmost confidence that
I will be treated fairly and all requested work will be completed
properly that I only have work done at Brazel's or Redlands
Truck Center. Since I live just outside of Houston Texas,
that means it is a 2000 mile trip to get repairs made. I do
most of my own preventative maintenance, anything I cannot
accomplish waits until we are in Washington or if it cannot
wait, we will make a trip to Redlands Truck Center. Workhorse
needs more dealers like Brazel's, I bought my coach at Dan
Gamels in Sacramento and it was worked on once there. After
5 weeks waiting to find room in the schedule and being billed
for work not accomplished, if I cannot accomplish the work
myself, it will wait until we get to Mike's shop. Thanks Mike,
keep up the great work."

"YES!!!!
The clunk has gone and Ill tell you its like driving
a new coach. I was just getting ready to send you folks a
message of thanks for working to the root cause of the problem
and to provide an excellent fix. As always, you and your team
have provided excellent service and support to my wife and
I and we really appreciate it.
Please
give my thanks to Mike, Al & Kathy, Jon and especially
Alan for helping out so much with all the updates we made
to the coach this summer. It really drives well and handles
so much better than it ever did since weve owned it.
As
always, I will continue to lobby anyone I meet that needs
RV service to call Brazels. I have all the confidence
that you will take care of anyone I send your way.
Have
a great day and thanks so much again!"

"We
again want to thank all you folks for your help. As I'm sure
you are aware, it was a very trying time for all of us, but
it all worked out in the end.
All you folks are professional and courteous. Just the fact
that the service techs, and everyone else at the shop stayed
late Friday to get the radiator back in was a testimony in
just what kind of service facility Brazel's is. It is rare
to find a company today that goes out of their way to help
the customer.
Please extend our sincere thanks "again" to all
the staff (Mike, Kathy, Mike's Dad, and all the Service Techs).
We truly appreciate what you all did for us. I will be sure
to "highly recommend" Brazel's RV Performance in
the future to any fellow RV'er.
Thanks
again."

"Yesterday we departed Myrtle Beach for Dillard,
GA for the fall Appalachian Campers Fall Campout. The highways
to get here were basically all uphill up until the last few
miles. Georgia state route 76 provided us with some grades so
that I could finally get the terrain that I need to fully test
the grade brake.
Approaching
a grade, which was indicated by the little yellow sign with
a truck going downhill, finally gave me the opportunity to
prove out the grade brake functionality of the system. Once
I began my descent, I applied the brake as I normally would
to begin setting my speed. What I would have done in the past
would be to grab the shifter and begin bringing the gears
down.
Here's
where the magic started!
On
application of the brake, the transmission downshifted to
4th almost immediately. It didn't take but a few more seconds
to begin feeling the transmission downshifting further on
its own. I felt a brief transition through 3rd gear as the
transmission settled all the way down the 2nd gear. At this
point less than 10 seconds had passed as I removed my foot
from the brake. The transmission held in gear all the way
to the bottom of the grade at a speed of in between 40 to
45 MPH.
Transitioning
through the bottom of the grade and getting back on the throttle
was done imperceptibly as we began climbing the next hill.
After a number of these cycles and not having to select shift
down and then up I can state with all confidence that the
Ultrapower Allison Grade Brake works and works extremely well!
With the grade brake on-line the need to grab gears on grade
is gone.
To
get the grade brake working all one needs to do is normally
apply the brakes and the process begins all on its own. To
disengage the brake all one needs to do is get on the throttle.
The UAGB provides the driver with an excellent system that
requires no driver intervention other than normal driver input.
One
other feature that I can't stop mentioning is the programming
change where the engine up-shifts at 51 MPH. It's beginning
to impress me, and I like it a lot!
The
grade brake does not work all the time however I leave the
brake circuitry on at all times. If I need to slow down on
level terrain without using my brakes I still use select shifting
and bring engine compression in to scrub speed. Unlike an
exhaust brake or Jake where the compression comes in as soon
as you take you foot off the throttle, the UAGB doesn't come
on-line until it gets on a grade and is needed.
*I
give the Ultrapower Allison Grade Brake "BIG" thumbs
up!*"

"Well,
the new UltraPower Grade Brake system has had a good workout.
We are elated with it. Mabel now wants to do all the driving.
Between the Grade Brake and the Safe-T-Plus, driving has become
fun for us. We were on some very bumpy highway and over several
mountain passes on our trip after leaving Centralia, so had
plenty of times to use and compare the new system to how it
was before. Wow!! That's all we can say. We want to thank
you and all the good people at Brazel's. They are real pros
at what they do-----Griff, Alan, Steve, Jon, just everyone."

"The
motorhome handles the best since I've owned it. Between the
new shocks and the tire pressure and other.changes it drives
great. Passing trucks and crosswinds affect me very little
now. Bridges and rough roads are a very welcome improvement,
not that harsh bump anymore and I don't have to worry about
the rear end trailing arms anymore. Again I thank you and
the others at your shop for the excellent repairs."

"I
have had my coach in to Brazel's RV at least three
different times for both warranty work and non-warranty work.
The staff here is the most knowlegable, and friendly of any
place I have ever used. They really care to make sure that
you are satisfied with the quality of the work performed.
Plus they get the job done right the first time!!"

"Dear
Brazel's RV Team,
I just wanted to thank you for your amazing work and for turning
a very stressful situation into a happy ending. My parents are
Wayne and Dianne H. who brought you their motorhome this past
Monday after Les Schwab messed up the "repair" work
they did. When my parents arrived in Centralia on December 23rd
and we saw that puddle of oil on the driveway we all knew they
could not safely drive the motorhome back to Kent. Thank goodness
you were so close and thank you so much for documenting all
of the repairs you did. My parents found out last night that
Les Schwab is going to repay them for the entire amount! And
make sure you keep my parents file on hand. Dad is talking about
coming down here to see you whenever repairs or general maintenance
is needed on the motorhome because he was so happy with not
only your work but with the way you treated them.
Thank you again for your amazing job and friendly attitude!
Many blessings to all of you in 2010!"

"What
a pleasure to deal with consummate professionals. Diagnosed
and repaired a brake issue that evaded another Workhorse service
center. In addition worked with me to address several other
items with diligence and dispatch. Brazel's is a very superior
service center. Also, despite a heavy volume of work, the
shop was spotless; a sure sign of excellent technicians and
high morale."

"Very
family oriented and ALWAYS explain, in understandable
terms, what is the problem and then give you the options.
They go above and beyond their responsibility to give customer
service [and compassion] to the owners. There is always a
'loner car' if needed and the availability of their RV park
that is attached is a definite benefit if repairs are taking
longer and you live in the RV. A special thanks to Chris for
his efforts above and beyond any expected repair problem solving.
He delivered our RV to us when my I became hospitalized in
another town, enabeling my wife to reside in it through this
hospitalization. We'll be returning for completion of the
outstanding "repairs" that could be delayed for
a short
time."

"We
can not say enough about the team at Brazel's. They all are
very helpful and tried to ease all the problems that we were
having. They were timely with all the work they did. Thank
God there are still business people like them for the public
to use. My wife and I just can not say enough good about the
whole team. Thanks thanks thanks!"

"Brazel's
RV fit me in on short notice before a planned extended trip
and although they have a large well equipped shop that was
full with other RV's the mechanic came out to their own private
RV Park and crawled under to complete the work so I wouldn't
be delayed another day."

"I
had new plugs and wires installed and in the process they
noticed my brake rotors were cracking. They arranged for the
manufacturer to cover the repair even though my coach was
almost 5 years old. Absolutely the best and most through service
I have ever received from a repair shop. They went way beyond
the call of duty to work with the manufacturer to cover this
very needed repair at very little cost to me."

dash IP module replaced on a recall and had Ultrapower ECM upgrade
done. Absolutely the best service I have found in 35 years of
RV'ing. Work was done on time and I didn't need to shampoo the
carpets like I do after anyone else has worked on the rig. They
even have an RV park attached so you can stay overnight with
water and electric hookups." |

"Took
the RV in to Brazel's for suspension mods to improve handling.
Also requested a brake inspection and had the entire braking
system serviced. Details: 1. Installed larger front sway bar
with polyurethane bushings, 2. Bilstien shocks front, 3. Koni
shocks rear, 4. polyurethane bushings on rear sway bar, 5.
Calipers & pads on rear axle, 6. Wheel cylinders on tag
axle, 7. Clean front and tag axle brakes and polish and lubricate
friction points 8. flush and refill braking system and bleed.
Outstanding
service! The most thorough and complete suspension and brake
inspection and evaluation that I've ever seen on any vehicle,
car, truck, or RV period. Included a thorough test drive with
me in the passenger seat, and weighing individual wheels so
I now have accurate weights as recommended by RV safety organizations
and tire manufacturers. Highly professional mechanics who
communicated their recommendations in understandable terms
and helped me decide what to fix and what could wait. Clean
shop with modern equipment. I can't say enough good about
them. If you want outstanding value for your money (I didn't
say cheap) this is the place. We full-time and winter in FL.
Brazel's is 4000 miles away. I plan to make it a regular stop
every summer for any serious work that I can't do myself."

"Brazel's
RV Performance does excellent work, they are very professional
and friendly and explain what all needs to be done and how
they are going to do the work. You are encouraged to stay
with the rig if you want and they answer any questions you
might have. The shop was very clean and extremely well equipped
for anything. We will go there from now on for any work we
have done on our motorhome. You can trust the people working
there, which is a very hard thing to find these days."

"We
were upset with some of the answers and service we had received

| "Hi
Mike,
A
quick note to let you and the Brazels team know how
well our coach is running thanks to efforts provided by Brazels,
We traveled to Eastern Washington this past weekend and with
the new UltraPower GradeBrake System engaged the coach operated
well beyond my expectations as we crossed over Snoqualmie
and Tiger pass. The transition for retarding our decent in
a 6% grade over 4 miles went effortless and required minimal
use of my service brakes throughout the decent. I again want
to thank you and the team and Brazels for a job well
done. At Brazels, the level of service and customer
orientation are bar none the best Ive experienced in
a very long time.
Thanks,"

| "Jon,
I
am writing to let you know how pleased I am with the Ultrapower
upgrade on my 2006 Tiffin Allegro (8.1 liter Workhorse). I
first heard about your facility and performance enhancing
products on the irv2 website and decided to make contact with
you, to hear more.
I
sent my control module to you for the upgrade in January and
recently reinstalled it in the RV (I live in upstate NY) and
took a test drive (110 miles) three days ago. The increase
in power is definitely noticeable. This test drive was through
the Adirondack mountains in upstate NY which has several good
sized inclines and the transmission (Allison 6 speed) was
able to stay in overdrive 5th and even 6th gear for much longer
than before the upgrade. Although this was a short trip, the
computer in the instrument cluster did indicate an increase
of at least 1 mpg. I will be able to get a more accurate reading
on a trip we are taking next month.
I
also want to thank you for your patience in answering all
of my questions and for your amazing one day turn-around on
the upgrade. I had the module back in less than a week!
There
is also one more thing that I am astounded by - the lifetime
guarantee.
We
are hoping to take another trip to the West coast in another
year or two. My wife has never been to the Pacific Northwest
and I would really enjoy stopping in to meet you guys.
Sincerely,"
