Workhorse RecallsHere at Brazel's RV Performance we are proud to represent Workhorse Custom Chassis as a very reliable Warranty repair facility. Unfortunately nothing is perfect so there are some recalls on the Workhorse Chassis at times. We will be keeping this page updated for the newest recalls when we are notified.

There are also some common issues with chassis that do not have any recalls. One of the biggest problems that we have come across is burnt spark plug wires. This problem occurs because there is not enough cool air being fed to those wires. The wires get so hot from the engine and going up steep grades that they start burning up which results in power loss and "pinging." If your coach is under 10,000 miles or close to that we most likely will be able to cure that problem with an Enhanced Engine Cooling Kit that forces cool air to the spark plug wires. If you are experiencing this problem call us or your nearest Workhorse Warranty facility.

As a certified Workhorse facility we've seen a lot of coaches come through here. Some have more handling or performance issues than others. For any problems with wandering, dog tracking, sway, porpoising, climbing hills, or low mileage give us a call and talk to one of our experts or check out our products here on this site.

EXTENDED WARRANTIES
We often are asked if we perform work for Extended Warranty companies. The answer is yes. You will never know if you can get something covered from a Warranty company until you ask. So, if you are wondering if the Extended Warranty Company will cover something just ask one of our skilled service personnel and they will be happy to look into the matter for you. In order for us to determine the problem, we must spend some diagnostic time on the inoperable part first so there may be a diagnostic fee charged to the customer for the Warranty companies unfortunately, will not pay for that time spent.
