I have a 2007 Allegro / Workhorse chassis. Instrument cluster has gone crazy. Panel goes dead intermittently. All lights on it will flash on and off a couple of times. Will work normally for a while and then go nuts again. Hear a slight buzzing noise when it does this. Also can smell a little electronic odor. Is this something you can repair? If so, please give me an estimate on cost and time frame. I need to get this done asap as I have sold this coach and told the buyer I will get it taken care of. The part # on the cluster itself is 108504-A. V.I.N. is 5B4MP67G773421733
