I own a 2005 Airstream Land Yacht 26 motorhome based on the P30 chassis. I love the motorhome, invested in all sorts of improvements, but hated the ride. White-knuckle driving at its finest. I would not even dare to adjust the volume on the radio at 5-10 below speed limit. Only the smoothest of pavement provided some relieve. As a last ditch effort, I went all in and spent almost $2k, another $1k for an installer

Sorry, hit enter to early After just one trip including two-lane highways, backroads, a rather rough I-5 and normal side roads, I could not be happier. Still not hitting 70 (I may in the future as I gain confidence), but I now need to watch for speed limits. One handed driving has replaced "two-fisted" driving and I am no longer looking for pullouts to let the traffic behind me pass. On the way back I had significant wind gusts and while that still isn't fun when you essentially push a sail through the wind, the suspension handled it just fine. Bravo guys! Going to check Brazels for other bits and pieces for my motorhome!

Had an issue while traveling thru. They squeezed me in and solved my problem. Very competent shop and COULD NOT BE more pleasant people. Almost glad I had the original problem... almost.

We have a 2004 Dutch Star with a Spartan chassis. It has 70000 + miles on it. For over 2 years we have been fighting the problem of vibration, sometimes severe, and pulling to one side when braking. We had taken it to two RV repair shops in Oregon and one in our local Puget Sound area but without success. At best, any resulting improvement was temporary, the problem always returned. We recently took it to Alan in Brazels RV Performance. His approach was not to address the symptom, as the other shops had done, but to identify the real source of the problem. This turned out to be a faulty valve in the air supply system. Alan,Terry and Barb and their entire crew made our 'Brazels' experience a very pleasant and satisfying one.

I would like to commend Alan Sanders for his prompt response and resolution to a recent complaint I had. He has been very fair with us in resolving our issue and has left me feeling like his customers are important to him. I feel "heard", which in this day and age of computerized customer service has become a bit of a lost art! Thank you Alan

I couldn't find a section on this site where a comment could be written about your company, customer service and especially Alan Sanders. I bought an LED to replace the broken on in a cluster for a 2004 Fleetwood bounder. I disassembled the dash, installed the LED and it didn't work for me. Alan suggested that I mail the whole cluster to him resulting in having the LED replaced and the whole cluster reassembled at no additional charge. I have owned my own business all but 1.5 years of my long work life. Your company has the best customer service I've encountered. I already have and will continue to recommend your services and parts to my friends. Soon, my wife and I are moving to the Olympic Peninsula from Florida. I expect to meet a bunch of old folks driving their RV's down the road. I'm glad to have discovered you on the web. With Best Regards, Michael Langey ps. I own a 2007 Monaco Diplomat with an ISL Cummins engine. I was interested in possibly increasing the fuel economy and was told that an increase in airflow and fuel management could produce a modest increase inefficiency. The work was done and there was indeed a small but reasonable increase in fuel economy realized. The problem arose while I was doing regular maintenance and I noticed cracks in the stainless steel muffler in the area of the inlet to the muffler. I called Brazels RV an explained the problem, an appointment was arranged to investigate. When I arrived the problem was identified and parts were "in stock " so repairs were facilitated. All of this sounds pretty much normal up until I went to "square up" when I was told that the repairs were done on a warranty basis and that there was no charge whatsoever!! All of this sounds pretty good up until this point but what turns this situation into amazing is that the original work was done 6years prior!! While Brazels RV have an awesome facility in it's self, the very most valuable commodity they have can't be bought or sold an it's spelled "INTEGRITY ", a very rare commodity these days for sure!! Thank you Brazels RV for being who you are!!

We have been customers at Brazels for years and three coaches. Every (new to us) coach goes there for chassis inspection and maintenance. When we have had last minute emergencies they have always been there to help. They found our steering problem when two other shops missed it. Allan, Terry, Ben and the guys are all top notch.
