Allows installation of Roadmaster Sway Bar Kits on Workhorse Chassis with Rear Firestone Air Bags
This mounting plate kit is designed to allow installation of an auxiliary anti-sway bar on vehicles equipped with Firestone Ride-Rite air spring systems. When Ride-Rite air bags are installed, the factory mounting area can interfere with sway bar hardware. This kit provides the necessary plates to properly adapt the installation. The included plates must be welded to the bottom of the air bag axle bracket to create a secure mounting surface for the anti-sway bar system. This solution ensures proper fitment while maintaining suspension integrity and sway bar performance.
