Note: This kit fits 2012-2021 Ford E350 with V10 and 2004-2021 Ford E450 with V10 (does not fit 2021+ with V8) that have welded on rear factory sway bar mounts. If your V10 E350/E450 Chassis did not come with a rear factory sway bar, please use the SS402
