UP95G Heavy Duty Lift Pump for Cummins ISB / ISC / ISL CAPS Fuel Systems – 95 GPH Adjustable

The UP95G Heavy Duty Lift Pump is designed to improve fuel delivery and reliability for Cummins ISB, ISC, and ISL engines equipped with the CAPS fuel system. The factory CAPS system is known for placing significant strain on the injection pump because the original lift pump only runs for approximately 30–45 seconds during key-on, after which the CAPS injection pump must pull fuel on its own.

By installing the UP95G high-flow lift pump, you provide a continuous supply of fuel to the CAPS injection pump, reducing stress on the system while improving cooling and lubrication of the injection pump. This helps increase overall reliability and extend the life of the expensive CAPS pump.

The pump delivers 95 gallons per hour of fuel flow and comes preset to 15 PSI, with the ability to easily adjust fuel pressure using a 1/8" Allen adjustment screw. Increasing pressure requires a clockwise adjustment, while counterclockwise adjustment lowers the pressure.

This heavy-duty pump is particularly beneficial for vehicles running performance modules or performance tuning, where increased fuel demand can further stress the CAPS fuel system.

The kit includes the pump, wiring harness, and mounting bracket, allowing flexible installation in a variety of applications. We also provide technical assistance when installing.
